SPICY MANGO PICKLE
I have
recently done an Aam Panna recipe, Mango cheddar cake recipe and this all year
I attempted a Spicy mango pickle just because.
On the
off chance that you are an admirer of pickles simply like me, at that point you
will appreciate this recipe. Till date I have tasted umpteen number of pickles.
From zesty to sweet, moment to expand recipes, I considered and took a shot at
a simple mango pickle recipe to be made at home. Extremely, energized in light
of the fact that the mangoes utilized were from my school trees.
The
recipe I pursued makes 2 kg
crude mango pickles ( কাঁচা আমের আচার ) which I wished to impart to my loved ones.
Fixings
·
2 kg Mangoes (Raw)
·
2 tablespoons Salt
·
one
liter oil
Strategy
1) To
start making the Aam Ka Achaar Recipe (Spicy Raw Mango Pickle), wash the
mangoes and dry them totally ensuring there is no dampness.
2) Cut
the mangoes down the middle, deseed and further cut them into one-inch 3D shapes.
3) In
a huge bowl, blend 2
tablespoons salt, turmeric powder, and cut mangoes. Enable it to marinate
medium-term or 8
hours until the mangoes discharge a huge amount of water.
4) Drain
the water from the mangoes and keep the water aside. Dry the mangoes on paper
towels for around 8
hours or medium-term, so they lose the overabundance dampness.
5) Heat
the oil in a pot and carry it to breaking point. When it goes to a breaking
point, enable it to cool totally while secured. Add the masala blend to the
Mangoes. Once cooled add the cooled oil to the packaged mango pickle blend.
6) It
takes around a little while for the aam ka achaar to marinate itself and get
the flavors from the masala. Best flavor and delicacy in the pickle comes after
couple of long stretches of marination. Having said that the pickle can be
eaten very quickly also, on the off chance that you like the flavor of new mangoes.
